I just orders some food thru Uber and for 39.00 u leave my drink off and u have the nerves to charge for extra ranch and I didn't get that bad services and y'all close at 10 and it's 9:35

After today, I don't think I'll ever eat at this specific location again. They open at 11, I called at 11:09, lady over the phone advised me that my food would be ready for pickup in 15mins. I got there at 11:40 to give them enough time thinking my food was ready and probably cold.... IT WAS NOT READY.... so I asked the lady how much longer because she gave me a 15min wait time when I called, her response was "we just opened at 11."ma'am you could've said anything else besides that........that's when I knew she knows NOTHING about what customer service really IS..... So I waited, came BACK in at 11:48 MY FOOD WAS STILL NOT READY, I received my food FINALLY at 11:53 with NO EMPATHY, APOLOGY, NOTHING! Anybody else would've expected something free OR EVEN CLOWNED SEEING THAT WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF NORTH MEMPHIS... she simply said " have a great day" and she was looking down while saying that! Last time I was there, the owner, greeted me with a smile and thanked me for my business which is what brought me back..... I'm disappointed.
